"It has been our pleasure to know Sarah Aitken since enrolling our children, Ella and Grayson, at Highland Hills Montessori School on September 30, 2024. From the very first day, our experience with Ms. Sarah and her program has been nothing short of exceptional. Each morning, Ella and Grayson are genuinely enthusiastic to attend school, a true testament to the warm and engaging environment she has created.
Ms. Sarah is incredibly kind and patient, and since starting at her school, we have seen remarkable growth in our children’s independence, eagerness to help, creativity, and educational development, such as beginning to write their names, recognize letters and sounds, and engage more confidently in learning activities. She has also been wonderfully accommodating and flexible to our family’s needs, making us feel supported every step of the way. One of the highlights is her thorough and thoughtful daily recaps, complete with photos, which we look forward to each day.

Ms. Sarah also hosts organized events and activities that bring parents and children together, strengthening our sense of community.

"Our son has been at Highland Hills Montessori since September 30, 2024. We have had an amazing experience with Ms. Sarah and trust her completely with our son. She has provided a safe and nurturing environment, that we have not experienced in any other preschool. She shows a great amount of empathy for our son and is very patient with him. She listens and works so kindly with him, and I have seen first hand how secure and comfortable he feels with her. He came from a preschool situation that he did not have that same experience in, and the difference in him is night and day. Ms. Sarah has really helped him grow his academic skills as well, and we’ve seen so much progress from recognizing and writing letters and numbers to arts and practical life skills. Safety is an important factor to us, and Sarah has gone above and beyond by supplying proper outdoor gear and indoor tools and education equipment that is both appropriate and safe. The meals she provides are also very well rounded, healthy, and allergy friendly. We feel truly lucky to participate in her education program, and look forward to seeing the school grow and reach more families!"
